Growth Bridge Network LLC ("GBN," "we," "us") runs a structured business networking organization. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to growthbridgenetwork.com, the Business Health Check at businesshealth.growthbridgenetwork.com, our forms, our Facebook and Instagram lead forms and groups, and our emails.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number, business name, industry, city, and anything you type into a form, application, or group membership question.
  • Business Health Check answers. Your answers, your scores, and your results tier.
  • Lead forms on Facebook and Instagram. When you submit a lead form in one of our ads, Meta shares the details you submitted with us.
  • Member link information. If you arrive through a GBN member's personal link, we record which member shared it.
  • Usage information. Basic technical data such as pages visited, browser type, and whether our emails were opened, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

  • To send you the results or resources you asked for.
  • To follow up about GBN membership, events, and business growth resources.
  • To make an introduction to a GBN member, only when you ask for one.
  • To process membership applications and payments.
  • To improve our website, the Health Check, and our programs.

Who we share it with

  • The member who shared your link receives your first name, business, industry, and results tier so they can follow up. They see your full answers only if you choose to share them.
  • Members you ask to be introduced to receive your contact details. No introduction happens unless you check the box asking for it.
  • Service providers who run our systems for us, such as our CRM and email platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), our payment processor (Stripe), our member portal hosting, and Meta for ads. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of GBN, our members, or others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell leads or contact lists.

Text messages

We send text messages only to people who have checked the box agreeing to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase. Mobile opt-in information and text messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Email

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
